  • CPR Certification

  • Vehicle Inspections

  • Insurance Verifications (Minimum of $15,00 Bodily Injury and $5,000 Property Damage)

  • Current Physicals

  • Current Influenza Immunization

  • MMR Immunization

  • Tdap Immunization

  • Hepatitis B Immunization

  • Varicella Immunization or Previous Documented Exposure

  • Annual TB Testing

  • Annual TB Quentionnaire

  • JCAHO Core Competency Exam

  • CNA Testing

  • Color Vision Testing

  •  Patient Safety Goals
